Begin with the workload and the actual installation
For enterprise inference, model development or a systems-integration project in mainland China, identify the operating company and final installation site first. Share model size, precision, concurrency, latency targets and the software stack. A purchasing office in another country does not change the equipment’s final use. Compare eligible platforms, not accelerator names alone
Record required GPU memory separately from host RAM, then specify processors, boot storage, data storage, adapters and network fabric. If a requested platform cannot be supplied for the disclosed project, assess eligible alternatives against the real workload. Create a reproducible acceptance test
Provide framework and driver versions, container requirements, representative inputs and an agreed success metric. Test output correctness before throughput. Record unsupported operations, precision differences and migration work. Separate a supplier demonstration from acceptance of the exact hardware and software configuration being purchased.
Keep the commercial and technical review connected
Name the buyer, payer, importer where applicable, final operator and intended use. Confirm supply eligibility before payment or allocation. Request a dated proposal specifying equipment condition, inspection, delivery scope, service provider and destination-specific support. No local office, local stock, automatic approval or fixed delivery time is claimed.
Send a specification that can be evaluated
Send your company, workload, complete-server quantity, mandatory components, final facility and purchasing window. Identify whether the request is a first installation, a replacement or expansion.
