Decide whether your project needs owned hardware

A Vietnam enterprise or integrator evaluating an internal AI platform should separate physical-server ownership from cloud capacity. State who will own and operate the equipment, the actual installation facility and whether this is a first cluster or an extension. This page concerns complete-server purchase inquiries, not GPU rental or a local-stock listing.

B300 adoption is visible, but cloud availability is not a tender

FPT announced HGX B300 infrastructure in March 2026 for its AI Factory serving Southeast Asia and Japan. That supports researching the regional ecosystem. It does not disclose a country-by-country server purchase forecast or establish that FPT is seeking equipment from GrowX. FPT AI Factory announcement.

Write acceptance around the intended workload

Specify whether the system will serve inference, fine-tuning or training. Supply the model size, precision, concurrency and latency requirements where known. Agree a representative test environment before comparing H200 and B300 configurations. Do not use an unrelated public benchmark as an acceptance guarantee for your workload.

Discuss this hardware purchase on WhatsApp

Give the integrator a complete scope

Record ownership of rack design, network fabric, storage, software installation and commissioning. For an extension, list existing switches, optics, management tools and approved platform differences. Quote GPU memory separately from host RAM and distinguish installed drives from empty bays. Keep hardware acceptance and application acceptance as separate milestones.

Confirm destination support and import responsibilities

Identify the Vietnamese receiving entity and final end user. Request written geographic support eligibility, spare-part handling, escalation ownership and delivery obligations. Import requirements, approvals and freight arrangements need transaction-specific verification. No Vietnamese service center, fixed lead time or unrestricted supply is implied.

Send an integration-ready RFQ

Provide the complete-server quantity, target chassis, BOM, workload, actual destination and first-batch timing. List which integration tasks belong to your own team. A common fleet baseline makes proposals easier to compare without concealing local deployment differences. Bulk server procurement checklist.

Prepare the next step

Start with the server platform requirements, then send the complete-server count, final deployment location and purchasing window. Supply, approvals, lead time and support scope are confirmed individually.

Send model, quantity and purchasing priority

If the BOM is not final, describe the workload. Share an existing specification in the conversation and identify the real deployment destination. Do not upload sensitive documents to a public page.
