A five-year capacity plan is not a five-year B300 order
Reviewed on 18 September 2026. Infrastructure announcements establish a market signal, not an accessible purchase order for a reseller. Separate the project date, planned deployment date, equipment generation and operational status. Do not convert megawatts or investment budgets into B300 server counts without an actual configuration and procurement schedule.
Malaysia and Singapore: different types of evidence
Malaysia has a specific sixteen-server B300 acquisition announcement from Bit Origin. Singapore has a government roadmap for additional data-center capacity and an operational data-center ecosystem. The former is a model-specific announcement; the latter does not identify B300 orders. For procurement, evaluate receiving-site readiness and hardware scope separately. Malaysia purchase checklist. Singapore site-readiness checklist. IMDA Green Data Centre Roadmap.
Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia: separate hardware from cloud
FPT has announced HGX B300 infrastructure serving Southeast Asia and Japan. Thailand and Indonesia have documented sovereign AI and cloud initiatives, but those announcements are not equivalent to B300 hardware tenders. Buyers evaluating ownership need an operating team, approved facility and acceptance plan, not only an existing cloud workload. Vietnam integration brief. Thailand owned-cluster planning. Indonesia receiving scope.
Japan, South Korea and Taiwan: platform and channel matter
Large AI-factory projects may involve direct OEM contracts and multiple accelerator generations. Japan announcements include future Rubin infrastructure; Korea has announced broad GPU expansion; Taiwan has a major manufacturing and AI-factory ecosystem. None proves that a particular integrator needs an immediately available B300 batch. Qualify the actual buyer and OEM procurement path before quoting. Korea infrastructure announcement. Taiwan AI-factory announcement.
West Asia: do not confuse GB300 with an HGX server
Saudi Arabia and UAE have announced substantial AI infrastructure programs. HUMAIN’s 2025 five-year plan included an initial GB300 deployment, while Stargate UAE announced staged capacity. These are strategic programs, not GrowX allocations or a general permission to supply restricted equipment. A GB300 rack-scale requirement cannot be answered by relabeling an HGX B300 x86 server. 2026–2027: qualify the first deployable batch
This is a buyer planning framework, not a demand forecast. Establish workload, complete BOM, approved rack capacity, legal feasibility, acceptance criteria and funding for the first phase. Quote current equipment only against verified supplier conditions. Keep later expansion as an option until it is separately approved.
2028–2029: reopen platform selection
Review capacity utilization, application requirements, available generations and total operating scope before a second expansion. Do not lock a multiyear plan to B300 simply because the first inquiry uses that model. Revalidate networking, power, cooling, software compatibility and remaining support for both new and retained equipment.
2030–2031: plan renewal, not guaranteed resale values
Build scenarios for continued use, repurposing and replacement. Include support expiry, data handling, removal and procurement lead-time uncertainty. No residual value, future model availability or five-year order quantity is promised. Send the confirmed first requirement and keep capacity scenarios clearly labeled as forecasts. Turn a confirmed phase into a hardware RFQ.
Prepare the next step
Start with the server platform requirements, then send the complete-server count, final deployment location and purchasing window. Supply, approvals, lead time and support scope are confirmed individually.

If the BOM is not final, describe the workload. Share an existing specification in the conversation and identify the real deployment destination. Do not upload sensitive documents to a public page.
